How do I check my order status?
– Send email from contact.
How long does it take to get my prints?
– 20 – 30 days.
Do you offer custom size?
– Yes. Please contact Sales@RominaChoiPhotography.com for custom print orders.
Can I get my order shipped to a friend?
– Yes. You may do so by adding your friend’s name, address, and other contact information on the shipping details.
Can I change my shipping details?
– We will send an email to confirm shipping details before we forward the order/s to our shipping partner. Customers can change their shipping details before shipment. Charges may occur.
How long will delivery take?
– For general product production lead time is 14 to 18 working days. Shipment by air parcel takes 15 to 20 working days.
Who are your shipping provider/s?
– Our shipping partner is EMS.
How can I track my order?
– We will send a Shipping Confirmation with the EMS tracking number via email once the parcel is shipped out.

Can I request for a specific delivery date?
